In YouTube community,there's a term of copyright law maintained by internationally that anybody can't reupload anyone's video without the main uploader's permission.If he does it,he does infringement of copyright law which is a great crime.YouTube doesn't support the copyright infringement.In this case,the main uploader should claim for copyright infringement.If you're a proffessional in youtube,you should claim for your copyright infringement to YouTube against him or her.I'm trying to show you the process of submitting a report.
