There was a bad talk about his retirement.It was started during the ICC World T20 India 2016.That was his last world cup was told on the media.But Mashrafe didn't planned like that he told in this issue.After that,talking about this topic was stopped and later the head coach Chandika Hathurasinghe started his overlordship himself.He wished to select the team,the XI would be arranged according to his interest,make dubut anyone in world cup or asia cup seeing his net practice,anyone kept outside of the XI for his personal disliking although the player kept his good performance etc. are the example of this overlordship.There're more than out of these.The ex-head selector Farukh Ahmed resigns for these occurences.But for these works there is a selector committee of two level based.Although there's a selector committee,nobody has a brave to go against Hathurasinghe.The selectors are selectors for a showing only ! Just like the Mir Kashim was the Nawab for showing only that can be known from the history of bengal.
He felt some problem to keep stable his wish,many times his wish never come true for the presence of the seniors cricketers.Who're those seniors ? Shakib-Mashrafe-Tamim.There's no reason to get wonder that ! They three's will stay away from any kinds of bad thoughts,bad decisions for the welfare of the team as the seniors that is natural.But it's true to say there're no doubd or error about his work as a coach.He's a very high class coach.He's is the most successfull coach in the history of bangladesh cricket.Then is it possible to abide by his bad decisions?As a supporter can you abide by these?Think about the seniors.Will the abide by these? Of course not ! If I tell about Mashrafe? He's a man of straight forward way.He can't abide by these inequitable,indeciplane for no talk.
Let's go to the flashback ! In the Monday,14th November,2016,the match of Dhaka Dynamites of captain Shakib Al Hasan against Comilla Victorians of captain MAshrafe Bin Mortaza in BPL 3 at 07:00 pm in Mirpur.Before that match,Comilla Victorians didn't get any victory in the previous three matches.For this,in sunday,there was a disagreement between the franchise and the captain very deeply for about selecting the XI.For this, Mashrafe back to home from the team hotel getting anger.Because he didn't want to play with the XI that was forced to him.The team management wanted to keep the pakistani pacer Sohail Tanvir outside of XI who seemed suitable to Mashrafe to play the match.The franchise and the team management was doing the against Mashrafe ; the captain.Later he was sorry for that.But he told that in that condition how he could play?
Now see,he stopped palying for the indeciplane in BPL,then in the case of the heartly Bangladesh team,why he should abide by this kind of inequitable for no talk? Mashrafe supported the test captain Mushfiqur Rahim to do wicket keeping.But the BCB President Nazmul Hasan Papon and the head coach Chandika Hathurasinghe was against this.Shakib-Tamim were also supported Mashrafe in the case of Mushfiqur Rahim.For this the coach was interrupted to go according to his own interest.But he did wicket keeping in the 100th test match against Sri Lanka for the injury of Litton Das and will do in the future.He did his wicket keeping for a kind of disagree by the coach and supported by the senior cricketers for his wichet keeping before the matches Litton Kumar Das kept the wickets.Next,see during the New Zealand series,the BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon told the media that Mashrafe would get retired after returning in country.Asking Masrafe about this topic he told that he didn't tell anything and he didn't know anything like this When staying in New Zealand.On the other hand,Mahmudullah Riyad had been sent to country after the on going Sri Lanka tour finishing the test series.Coach Hathurasinghe himself was told Mahmudullah to go back in country.Everybody from the selectors committee were against his decision.But nobody are braver to go against the coach.Then,who is braver to go against the coach? He is the great of Bengal;Mashrafe Bin Mortaza ! He told not to go to Sri Laka if Mahmudullah was sent to country.Because of this,the coach obediently kept Mahmudullah as the 16th member of the squad.Some days ago the head coach told BCB officers that he wasn't thinking Masrafe,Tamim,Mushfique were no necessary then and before the T20 series he asked the BCB officers to talk about this issue with the four seniors.Nazmul Hasan Papon had a meeting with the seniors monday night.BCB wants three captains for three formats.It can be seen by scanning more,getting injured very hard,Imrul Kayes could do his batting only in his returning match.But it was a matter of risk to do fuilding for him.For this,he would fall in an injury once again and that possibility is so high.But coach sent him to do fuilding ! Being whitewashed by New Zealand in ODIs,losing ODI and T20Is against Sri Lanka,losing series against England in Mirpur,losing T20Is in the main part of the T20I world cup 2016 in India.What was the cause behind that? When making the game plan,the head coach stays against Mashrafe,he disagrees by planning in the decision of Mashrafe.His desired XI is not given to him by coach ! A captain wants his desired XI which is a very natural matter.He doesn't give any chance to play in XI the inform Nasir Hossain,Mominul Haque,Anamul Haque Bijoy.But he gives chance Tanvir Hayder by performing in net practice ! He made debut Mithun Ali in the Asia Cup and continues to the t20 world cup who has no good performance in first class cricket and in national league.These were not acceptable to the captain and the seniors.It can be seen in the Mahmudullah Riyad issue that he was totally unable to keep his overlordship.Mashrafe is a great obstacle for him !If Mashrafe departs,he will not face these problems.He thought that he should not stop anymore.He forced Mashrafe to take retirement !!! He added an excuse that he wants a T20 team of the youths.Why he needs a team of youths?Do Australia,Africa,India are the teams of the youths? ABD Villiers,Hashim Amla,Dell Stain,David Warner,Michel Clark,Michel Starc,Sohail Tanvir from Pakistan,Wahab Riaz,Umar Gul,Moyeen ALi,Ravichandran Ashwin,Virat Kohli,Ravindra Jadeja,Sehkhar Dhawan are the youths? This is nothing but a blame excuse that he wants a team of youths in T20.And his physical condition is not as earlier.But Mashrafe didn't think about his physical condition.It's so much natural that Mashrafe willn't stay anymore after the inequitable,indeciplane of the coach.
See,Mashrafe was talked about the victory finishing the ODI series.During the preparation of T20 series,there was no talk about his retirement.All on a sudden,he talks t retire just before 6/7 hours before the 1st T20 match! He posted a facebook status about his retirement.In the media conference,he told that he thought about the new cricketers to give them a chance.He don't do anything by planning.He feels he should take a retire that is why he wish to take his retirement.He told that he was getting older.If he is getting older,how can he paly till ICC World Cup 2019 ?And he added thak there's no need to be think of it.
But,it's true to say that he talked these words to hide the real matter.During the media conference,it could be determined that how sad was he ! In the 1st T20I,the team mates talked him to make realize by Mashrafe himself to toss the coin.That means,this is his last T20 series.He has not get his a dot quantity of how much to honour him.But he is very great honourable.Was it not possible to give his minimum honour?
